Firstly, remember you're an adult and she's not in charge of you. She is providing a service and I feel working on mental health issues should be a collaborative affair where the professional and service user have an equal voice - the psych, as an expert by profession; you, as an expert by experience.
Acknowledge your right to ask for treatment you feel would be beneficial and her right to not provide it (but also your right to know why and have a clear discussion about this). I hope you do get what you need though.
If she discharges you, enquire about putting together a clear discharge plan which you are fully involved with writing. It should include info on how to get help in a crisis/be referred back into services, and possibly info on local voluntary organisations if this would feel helpful.
Whatever happens, don't allow the appointment to undermine your progress, and perhaps plan something grounding for afterwards.
