I have already listed my treats lol. The higher it gets the bigger the gap so the bigger the prize. My first treat is a lindt bar, so I'm not buying lindt chocolate until I've earned it.

I think this is a better idea. I think points for asking for help would be a good one to add, and that can be 5 points as well and go under the "phoning people" thing.

I think the reflection process you described is good though too. I will write that down thanks.
