yayyy so we have at least 3 empaths on here :D It seems surreal to even believe in the stuff but there is just no other explanation. Like knowing someone is depressed even though they are doing a really good job to hiding it etc
Or being around someone who is really depressed & you can feel it zapping the energy from you.
I can only imagine saying it to a MH professional, they'd have us marked as lunnies for def!!:D
