Are you looking for fiction or non-fiction? I haven't read much non-fiction about SI as I have a hard time staying interested when there's not a story line, but for fiction...
Red Tears by Joanna Kenrick
Cut by Patricia McCormick
Kat's Fall by Shelly Hrdlitschka
Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn (although I should warn you that it's one of the most disturbing books I've read, it's pretty adult at times, and it's not very informative about SI as the main character's situation is fairly unusual, but it's a brilliant book)
Of those, I would say that Red Tears is the most informative and probably the most realistic. I really liked both Cut and Kat's Fall, but not for what they said about SI - although the main characters in both are cutters, I was more interested in other aspects of the characters/stories. Incidentally, the main character in Kat's Fall is a teenage boy, and the main character in Sharp Objects is an adult woman, so both are kind of outside the typical image of cutting as being a teenage girl thing.
Angels Fall from Gasoline Rainbows by C.J. Madsen is also about SI, but I haven't read it yet, so I have no idea if it's any good.

For non-fiction, I read part of A Bright Red Scream, and I thought it was really good, even though I haven't finished it. Other than that, there's a lot out there, but I haven't read any of it so I can't really recommend anything.
