Yep I'm taking my meds.
I don't feel manic. But my mood is a bit all over the place. Like rapid cycling.
I might ask for a short course of zopiclone.

	The average, well-adjusted adult gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible. Call me Kate. I have dyslexia so please excuse my poor spelling and sometimes poor understanding.
