Ok I have written the card because tomorrow is the last time I will be seeing my cpn before the nurses day.

I wrote:

Happy Nurses Day!

Many thanks for the support, compassion and care you have shown to me over the past year.

Thank you for always being there, of which I am eternally greatful.
