The fact that you get treatment on the NHS doesn't stop anyone else from being treated. I know the figures are always in the news and the NHS is constantly in debt, but the amount spent on any individual is a drop in the ocean compared to the figures the nhs as a whole deals with. Nobody in your area will show up in A&E to be told 'Sorry, we cant treat you because X has used up that part of our budget'. I know that's a bit crude but its true; the beauty of the nhs is that it helps everyone and views that everyone deserves it. That includes you.
