I must say I agree, although I acknowledge the hard work that the first aid advisors give, my experience is much the same that it is often being told to go to a hospital or doctor, or people posting conditions they are already getting help for, etc.
That said, I haven't been in there for a while so my view may not be an accurate representation. It would still be great to keep the first aid advisors but maybe in a different capacity, like emails.
