Thanks of the reply guys. Yeah the gp surgery I'm under is ridiculously organised. I have no idea what his name is so can't really not ask for him. And I don't know the names of any of the gps there. They are also ridiculous for making appointments, its like a week and a half waiting list which is normal, but you can't make an appt more than 2 weeks in advance, so the open appts are very limited.
Im so frustrated, he's knocked me back even further and as a result Ive not started the anti-d's he's put me on. I just can't face it.
Ive not been under CAHMS. Ive only been under clinical psychologists, but by the time you get the appt with them I have been moving within a couple months so never been able to start a proper care pathway.
Im hating how much this has knocked me back!
