yeah harley street is £350. I was going to use my overdraft to pay for it, then pay it back, but it's affordable if I budget heavily for a few months.

I know it's a lot of money, but if I get the right help from it, and stop the stigma bullshit, "no we're not helping you when you need it" and bull in my reports and files, then I think it is worth it because I just want to be symptom free, or at least manage better or know what to do when I'm having a bad time a bit more.

Although I know more than I used to, there is no help for if i'm having a real crisis and the police are getting annoyed with picking up the pieces. Hence last time i just got sectioned as soon as i stepped out my door, but I don't want that. I'd rather be able to ask for and get the right help before it got to that each time I have an issue. x
