painful scars
Hey guys, I'm not really sure if anyone will be able to help me here but I thought I would ask anyways
So I have some scarring on my chest, the cuts were very deep and I never sought medical advice, but they seemed to heal fine and that was that
This was about a year and a half ago now, but I've suddenly found that they are becoming painful, especially when cold. And by painful I mean I am regularly found clutching my chest near tears. The pain seems to be like an achey pain where the actual scars are, but I also find that I keep getting shooting pains then from the scars to my nipple and my nipple is becoming quite sore now as its just constant ATM. I really don't know what to do about it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated :)
