Ok. I understand that now. I thought any helpline service calls the police when u say u wanna kill urself or what. I'm glad that there are a few what just don't suddenly do that when u may or not actually explained why u said it.
I can understand why they would call the police if u were gonna kill someone and that's what I completely get in terms of not feeling in danger or at risk. I think u need to be on the safe side and know harm won't come to u.
ChildLine called the police on me and I didn't expect it as I did say a couple of times I wanted to u know do it and was saying these what were sucidal thoughts so I thought it was best to say it at the time and I did then they called the police and didn't know why.
I would t ring them again as I was upset when they came and didn't know what to say. They even thought I was being abused or something. How can I be when I never mentioned that? I wasn't happy.
Always try and speak to someone who will understand I think.
