It seems counter intuitive that you are posting on a forum dedicated to recovery (it's in the title) but you're stating you don't want the advice.
So either you
a) want something else, such as to be heard and validated that you're in pain or
b) do have a small bit of hope left that things can change and by making threads that bit of hope is trying to get out
c) just saying things but not really wanting replies, in which case you're best to use the Ranting and Venting portion of this site where you can post and people can hug your thread but cannot reply, so won't reply with advice or suggestions.
