Lately I've been taking a minute when I'm outdoors to take in the surroundings and the cold air and just be really thankful for Autumn and that I'm still around to enjoy it and my body is in good health now. I sometimes just stand still for a few minutes in the park and breathe it all in and say my thanks in my head. People watching probably think I'm crazy but it really helps and makes me realise how lucky and grateful I am.
