My cousin used to do a photography business and any photos that he put online were of a lower pixel quality than if you got it directly from him. So there was nothing to stop you printing it off at home, but be aware that if you are using it for ID purposes (passport etc) the quality may not be good enough and it may cause your application to be rejected.
Depending on where you got it from, there may be a watermark to stop you which may not be present on the actual images.
