If he's harassing you, which he is, you can file a restraining order. You don't even need to bring up the sexual abuse. He's stalking you and intimidating you by bothering you when you don't want it. It's causing fear, and that's wrong. So you should be able to legally prevent him from coming within a certain distance from you.
