If anyone has an issue with a decision with the moderators they can either email the chat mods, PM me if its about another chat mod or contact Harley if it is an issue with me.
Mediation sessions are not going to be so members can talk to moderators about the decisions we make. We already have a channel for doing this and the mediation sessions are for member to member conflict resolution.
Members will not get to choose which moderator is present, we have a small number of moderators and it is unfair to single out certain people to be mediators, the chat mods are taking on this job as extra to their modding work and I don't want any of them to feel under pressure to mediate certain members.
As well as that there is no need for certain moderators to mediate because the moderators arent there to be involved in the discussion, we are there to make it run smoothly.
