Hi. Yes thanks. I have rang the Samaritans once when I was extremely desperate, but wouldn't want it to be a regular thing.
I don't have the number for a duty worker.
I don't seem to have a care co-ordinator either - or is mine the psychiatrist?
I did have the crisis team number but after I rang once they contacted my employer so I've deleted it now!!! which I guess was silly.
