I tried this and failed! I lost count but think i got to about 80days. Some days it's really hard to find the 'happy' but there is always something, however small. It did make me feel a bit more positive about things anyway

	It's so easy to get lost in constantly having to present whatever face you believe a person wants to see rather than your own
