Hey Hannah! I hope you're feeling a little bit better. As far as advice goes, all I can say is to try to do healthy coping skills like journaling, exercise, and yoga and definitely talk it out with your therapist. Maybe write him/her a letter of what's going through your mind and things you want to work on.

Other than that I just want to offer you my support and empathy. Having severe depression in the past and borderline personality disorder and panic disorder now, I know how it feels to be in such a dark place and feeling hopeless about it. I'm on a great medication recipe now and actually pretty stable. I hate to say it but maybe that would help, as well?
