Honestly it didn't help me. I had no reaction to it. I was on 2000 mg and i didn't even have side effects. It was like taking a sugar pill.

However i do know many people who it's worked really well for. They wouldn't prescribe it if that didn't think it would help.

	The average, well-adjusted adult gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible. Call me Kate. I have dyslexia so please excuse my poor spelling and sometimes poor understanding.
