I am currently:

Hi, I have had two admissions at huntercombe roehampton. It's a very small unit. And generally quiet. One thing I would say is that there are a couple of LONG stay patients and others are there briefly waiting for a bed back in their locality. Staff are amazing, spend time with you, take you out etc. food is great too. Staff are not afraid of IM'ing you!
It can be hard to get nhs to pay for beds there though, I have tried to get a longer placement there but declined. If you want to know more about it message me!
To my knowledge there are no nhs specialist units bar the cassel.
Private units I have heard of are from three main providers: priory, huntercombe and cygnet. The retreat in york is another but treats co morbid eds
