Puking is not enough.
After one of my ODs i had my stomach pumped, charcoal etc. I puked when i arrived at the a&e and in spite of them pumping my stomach i was still close to dying. That was not even an hour after i had taken the pills.
The pills would have had time to get into your system so puking now would probably make no difference.
Also, i dont think people are out of order. Sometimes we have to take responsibility. You did this, regretted it so you have to do something about it. Maybe next time you feel the need to do something like this, remember this situation.
Call an ambulance and go. You are conscious and present mentally so you are capable of taking responsibility for your actions.
