I really appreciate all your kind words and support.
I've been struggling a lot and finding it very difficult to open up. I'm not quite sure what stops me but it all feels very complicated. I feel ashamed of myself when I say I feel bad because lately people had been proud of me for doing well.
I'm waiting on the crisis team now but I'm terrified as it usually doesn't go too well.
