I absolutely love my kindle! (Well, kobo)
As weird as it sounds I have a thing against the feel of paper against my bare skin, its like nails on a chalkboard for me, so a screen is much more comfortable.
Also it's so much more lighter and personalised, I love being able to change the font and sizes and margins and have a dictionary on hand for whenever needed - it's so convenient!
The screen is not a bother either, kindles have special screens that aren't backlit so they are as gentle to the eyes as books. It's a very strange sensation, it looks more like interactive paper!
