I say tell her.

1) because they won't be able to help you as well if you don't tell them what's actually going on.

And

2) they may need to do blood tests to check your ok physically.

	The average, well-adjusted adult gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible. Call me Kate. I have dyslexia so please excuse my poor spelling and sometimes poor understanding.
