We spoke a while back and I'm sorry to hear about how bad things have got since then.
As you are on a section 3, when you are discharged there should be some sort of aftercare (117). Have they discussed with you what this would be? I actually think that by law they are to provide you with 117 after care due to you being on a section 3 so this isn't something they should evade.
