All in all it works out cheaper. when you buy them they can seem more expensive, but when you work out the mathematics of it it works out cheaper. I've been using an e-cig over a year now and the most I spent was just £50 for a starter kit consisting of two batteries, a pack of three tanks, a charger and some e-liquid.

After that it's maybe £20 every two or three months for new tanks and some new liquid. The company I buy from, the tanks can be used up to ten times before they need replacing, come in a pack of three and -depending how much you use it- they only need refilling every couple of days.
the smallest liquid you can buy is 10ml. the tanks are full on 0.9ml so they last for ages.

All in all they last a hell of a lot longer than a pack of 20 cigs and cost a lot less too.
