One thing is that they have waterproof bandaids and they work really well for me in the summer when I have to swim with friends and stuff.
And for stopping it is really helpful to tell someone, trust me you won't be wasting anyones time. Go to a teacher or school councelor or one of your parents :) Its really hard, but recieving help does help a lot. :)
