Sorry you're struggling so much right now.
I think perhaps discussing with a psychiatrist about how you're feeling might help - they may be able to refer you to counselling or therapy which might change things for you.
A lot of people find that medication isn't the way forward for them, but talking therapies or therapy such as DBT/CBT helps. It's worth a try. However, it's also worth discussing the medication you were on with them, as sometimes the first isn't the right one. It took a while for my doctor to find a medication that helped me.
