Yes, I have. On other sites and I use a nickname on here.
/Just for the record I don't see a pseudo-name as lying. Its not deceitful in the sense that you are lying about your life. Its one detail that changed or altered often times makes it possible for people to be able to talk about their lives online in the safety of being semi-anonymous.
It only becomes a problem when, as said above, if someone asks you and you deny it. =)
