When I first started Clozapine I was so unbelievably tired all of the time. Mine luckily did wear off.
However, I did what cedrus mentioned, i take 300 at night at 100 in the morning as well as my anti depressants but they arent sedating.
I asked if i could take something like Berocca to help but i wasnt allowed, maybe you could ask about that?
Try and stick to a sleep routine?
I hope you find something to try and help, it really is awful.
