I love London, perfectly happy here. More theatres, galleries and restaurants than you can shake a stick at, something for every mood that you're in, and you can take a train and be out of London in the countryside in an hour, or you can get the Eurostar to Europe in two hours. Perfect mix. I think when I'm older and have enough of the tube, would like to live somewhere like Maidenhead, where there's still quiet and peace, but you can get to places where there's activity - London, Reading, Oxford - easily enough.
I've started getting a bit tired of London, but I cannot think of anywhere I'd rather be. Both London Open House and Design Festival this weekend, talk on social media and storytelling on Monday, an evening of music and poetry on Tuesday, Brighton on Wednesday and a nice bar on Friday. Three theatre shows lined up for the following week, and a meeting to discuss how arts can help breakthrough therapies like whole person recovery at the weekend.
And the cheese and beer. So many cheese shops and so many beer shops.
I'd like a larger house, and I'd like a garden - which is totally unaffordable in London - but I spend such little time in my house, I really wouldn't object to not having that for now.
