I don't. The crisis person is telling me to get medical help immedtiately. Should have realised their duty of care would make them say that, even though I've done NO damage.

edit: we've agreed I can call some nurse helpline and then afterwards i can go back to crisis chat. So that was pretty unhelpful!

Now I'm certain I can't reach out for help or they'll take me to hospital again and I can't have that. I can't.
