you've said yourself you know how bad it is so try and focus on that.
6 months is a really long time thats great by the way!
needing stitches or worse? its not worth it. seriously its not.
your asking for help to stop it so that shows that you dont really want to do it. not all of you anyway.
listen to the part of you that doesnt want to do it.
