I know it might be pathetic compared to some people who have managed to stay almost or totally harm free for weeks, months and years but this is my 12th day, and I just wanted to say I'm proud of that and anyone who is days free should be proud too, because its a huge thing when I thought it was impossible. I still zone out sometimes and feel I might get triggered, but I resist the urge, well, I have so far :) Part of that has been down to RYL and the lovely people on here and the rest has been down to pulling some strength (however long it lasts) from somewhere.
