Censorship is pointless and will lead parents into a false sense of security, parents will think they can just sit back and do nothing now whilst leaving little Jimmy alone with his laptop. After all the government has stepped in and saved the day, the internet is now a purified paradise for all. What the luddites failed to realise is that little Jimmy has found out how to avoid using the ISPs default DNS settings and has also found out from his cousin James that there are hundreds of thousands of free VPNs and Proxies easily found online which allow you to bypass all of the site blocking restrictions put in place. Wishing to appear clever in front of his friends the next day at school he tells all of his classmates about his discovery and it spreads like wildfire, by the end of the week all of the kids at the school are now able to bypass the restrictions but none of the parents know because they're all bone idle layabouts who'd prefer to shirk their responsibilities onto the government.
