Hey, loss can really mess up how you normally think, it takes away the enjoyment for a while but I promise it will pass with time, and you will be able to spend time with your loved ones again. I feel exactly the same as I'm starting with a new counsellor on the 18th, its pretty easy to get nervous if you don't open up easily. I guess we need to take a small chance to feel better. Its good that you want to work out, I find running and weights really help clear my mind and absorb some anger, is there any exercise you could do independently in the mean time? Laura.
