I have a dell, the charger wasn't working, the laptop would run on "plugged in but not charging", assumed it was the charger which was a bit dodgy as my sister had a similar problem with it. bought a new charger & its still saying the same, only I have a blue flashing light in the shape of a battery with a lightning bolt through it. I'm running on 0% battery & the stupid thing won't charge.
the battery is fine, dad has tried it in another laptop, the laptop is also fine, dad has tried another laptop battery in it which works.
help?
