I have dyspraxia and do sometimes have trouble with fonts if it's small writing. That font looks horrible, I don't think it would help me at all.
The thing that does help is my purple glasses as they mean that there is less contrast between the font and the page. You can get overlays as well I think to see which colour suits you best.
