Get there in plenty of time, if your going by public transport - check times and go for the an earlier bus/tram/train. If you can, get there early - you can always grab a coffee/tea before hand at a nearby coffee shop to calm your nerves and think about what you are going to say.
Ask questions - look interested about the company/role and look/come across interested.
If it's a shop - go and have a look around a day or two before your interview so you have knowledge of the store as they are likely to ask you questions about that.
If you don't hear a question properly, or don't understand it - it's okay for you to ask them to repeat the question or them to explain what they mean. They know you will be nervous.
Don't rush your answers, it's okay to think about them.
Look interested - nod/smile.
