Thanks for your reply random swirls ...I know panicking isn't going to help me but I can't seem to calm down I have really bad butterflies eeekkkk :/
Yeah they have received a refrall letter .my care co-ordinator said it was to look at my selfharm behaviours and the cicle I'm in if that makes sense and also the thoughts and feelings I get before I overdose and things ...sorry if I'm not making much sense.
Also after this assessment if they say I fit the lines for psychology will I go onto a waiting list ?
