I saw that. That sounds horrifying. Really strikes me as a place that didn't keep anything up to code but never got in trouble because it was mental health patients that no one cared about. That was my take anyway. Really sad for people to be locked in a secure facility like that and then to die such a horrible death because they couldn't get out. :/
