I am currently:

I have a lot of input from services which i find helpful in trying to rebuild my life. A negative though is that i still feel like I am in some sort of bubble (similar to being in hospital) in that my week consists of a gardening course (with the mind charity) psychotherapy, art therapy and appointments with either my CPN, psychiatrist or dual diagnosis worker. I live in supported housing also. I just worry because I rarely see friends due to finding it difficult, but then due to so much contact with services i don't feel as isolated, but obviously at some point the help/support will decrease and i really hope by then i've learnt how be more social in the world.

I think its important too that all the people who are helping you communicate to each other.

sticks and stones may break your bones but words can tear your heart out.
