Hi there,

I am also under the care of multiple health teams and my problems aren't even complex! Sometimes it's just that the issues you are experiencing are quite spread out, and so you might need to see multiple people who can treat different things to help all of them. Unfortunately there are no services that cater especially to ALL problems! You're definitely not alone though and I'm pretty sure this is quite a common thing for those with co-morbid disorders.

I am under the care of both the district emotional wellbeing team (for mild-moderate short term cases) and the CAMHS emotional disorders team (for severe-complex ongoing cases) who each play their part in my treatment. It's a little bit annoying at times when it comes to appointments but they both keep in touch about my progress so it's not too bad. I can understand it can feel a little bit overwhelming at first though.

Take care <3
