The Doctor went well, I told her I did SI and she was concerned about the reasons why, and she was glad I did try and distract myself from it. But she did say that at the moment, whatever inside of me that wanted to SI was bigger than the part that didn't, but I am trying to stop and that is what matters.
And it is really nice to hear a congrats for my little success. I am surprised how good it made me feel to hear. I guess I learn something new everyday. Thank you :D
