Perhaps speak to a pharmacist and see if they can recommend you anything else? If you're not doing so already, it might also be worth reviewing your sleep hygiene (avoiding caffeine beyond the afternoon, having a bath before bed, avoiding screens directly before bed etc). Getting into a settled routine is really the best idea.
At first I thought "How did you know I've had problems with medication before?" but then I remembered you could have read my threads and I felt like a special snowflake for a moment! Either way I did take them last night and I feel completely fine this morning, I even have more energy than usual, so I think it was fine. My guess is I'll only need to take it for a couple days as I dont' really have any sleeping problems, but the next time I see my psychiatrist or GP or a pharmacist I'll mention it just to see what they say. I don't see the need to go out of the way unless I feel any bad effects since I've already taken it now. Thankyou :)
