Well I'm in the IBS camp so it varies.
If I don't take any form of laxative I usually poo anywhere between once a day to once in eight days. Usually the latter.
With laxatives I go around once or twice a day. If my anxiety makes my IBS play up I can go about five or six times a day.
Poo is a hot topic in my household!
