Menses can be tricky things to predict, I kept mine whilst at an anorexic weight but once my weight was restored to a normal level they disappeared for a while. I then went on the pill so don't know how long they took to return after that.
If you are still engaging in eating disordered behaviours that may be affecting it to, if you are concerned it might be worth speaking to your GP or similar
