Aimee, sorry I didn't get a chance to answer your question yesterday. I am not brilliant. They would have me in hospital at the moment but they literally have no psych beds that they are available to access within this part of the country which is completely madness so it's really hard. I don't think hospital will help but in other ways I feel like I don't know where else we go from here. x
